1. About Our Products

Olive and Mustard Learning creates digital educational resources across a range of learning areas, including literacy, mathematics, inquiry and other curriculum areas. Our resources include our Kiwi Sound Adventures series.

Our products are supplied digitally and are intended for use by parents, caregivers, teachers, homeschoolers and other educators.

Product descriptions, images and information on our website are provided to help you understand what each resource contains. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.

2. Digital Products and Downloads

Our products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped unless a product is specifically identified as a physical product.

After completing your purchase, digital resources are made available through our digital delivery service, currently Fileflare.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring that you have suitable software, devices and internet access to download and open the files.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a purchased resource, please contact us at info@oliveandmustard.store and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

All educational resources, stories, text, illustrations, characters, artwork, graphics, activities, games, templates and other content created or supplied by Olive and Mustard Learning remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase a resource, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, family or educational use, as applicable to the product purchased.

Unless we have given you written permission, you must not:

• Resell or redistribute our resources or files
• Share download links with others
• Upload our resources to websites, file-sharing services or public platforms
• Copy, reproduce or republish substantial portions of our resources for commercial purposes
• Modify our resources for resale or redistribution
• Claim our work or artwork as your own
• Use our resources to create products for sale or commercial distribution

4. Teachers and Educational Use

Where a resource is purchased by an individual teacher or educator, it may be used for teaching purposes with the learners they directly support, subject to the licence and usage information provided with the resource.

Purchasing one copy does not automatically provide a licence for an entire school, organisation or group of educators.

5. Copyright

Copyright in the original content remains with Olive and Mustard Learning unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Our store may display prices in different currencies depending on the customer's location and Shopify market settings.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments and PayPal.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order that you have placed, we will contact you and explain the available options.

7. Order Acceptance and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, unauthorised, or involves misuse of our products, discounts or services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, where those laws apply.

Digital products supplied by businesses in New Zealand are covered by consumer guarantees. If a digital product is faulty, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable guarantees, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.
