Kiri's first journey through the Northland forest introduces the focus sounds m, a, s, t and p as the main focus sounds and i introduced to support selected words such as pin, through a story which has controlled decodable text and carefully selected story words. The Complete Adventure Pack includes activities and resources to support beginning readers including the story, teacher guidance, sound and word building activities, printable resources, and PowerPoint presentation.
