Digital products

All products sold through Olive And Mustard Learning are digital resources delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products can be downloaded and accessed immediately, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

If there is a problem with your download

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your download is faulty, damaged, incomplete, does not work as described, or does not match the product description, please contact us and let us know what has gone wrong.

We will work with you to resolve the problem. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement file, correct the problem, or provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by this policy.

Download problems

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will do our best to help you access the resource or provide another way to obtain your purchased files.
